This series of a never before seen large format photographs, were captured over a decade ago 2010 in the former John Madin Birmingham Central Library, which was demolished in the early 2000's.

Rowan captures the subtle under hues and details the raw concrete which was used to craft this brutalist piece of architecture from the underbelly of the structure - giving an eerie and dystopian feel to the no longer lands of Madin's creation.
